Contest starts today. It is valued at $50. I know it is a month late but I have been very distracted. I'm calling it my "I'm moving across the country and the less I take the easier it is to move contest!!" What do you get? one 8x10 photograph, 1 coffee sleeve, 1 crocheted apple cozy and one reusable sandwich bag.
Well friends tomorrow is the big day. Another wonderful market. I will be at the Kids Craft table making crafts with the kids. I hope you will come down and join us. Also there will be a clothing swap.
See you tomorrow!
Above way at the top is my new logo. What do you think?
I'm still working on the blog as you can see but it is coming along.
So, what do you think? I value your opinion, your comments only make me better.
And in up and coming shop news I will be attending February's Brocante Lux Market. I will also be heading the kiddie craft table.
I am in need of your recyclables for Craft time. I need the following items: Formula or margarine containers with lids or any other container with soft lids for easy cutting. Cereal or other Cardboard boxes that a thin enough a child could cut. We will also need scraps of brightly coloured papers and fabrics to decorate items with. Any crafting materials you have but no longer need or want would be a great help too!
You ca email me and let me know what you have or you can comment below that way I can be sure I have everything I need to make wonderful things with the kids!
Is it hiding under here?
No, it is just gone. Well, I have been really busy. I started to crochet a blankie for my new niece that is on the way. I haven't decided if I should wait to share the photos of that work in progress or wait until after the baby is born. We will see. I will ask mommy if she wants a sneak peek.
Tonight I've put down the crochet and started to do a little paper craft. 2"x2 1/2" matchbook notebooks. Cute little handmade goodies. I haven't decided what it is they will be used for. I may sell them in the shop or I will just give them away. They all have 12 little pages in them. Here a few rather horrible pictures. Unfortunately, I do most of my stuff at night after the babes are all tuck in tight for the night. Which, means the lighting is terrible and the pictures often just as bad. But I hope you can get the feel for what I'm doing.
Back to it I should go. I might give them to my son to give as Valentines. They can draw little pictures in them.
What do you think I should do with them?
